A zesty spicy dip that compliments any type of food being dunked into it!
2 tbsp Sour Cream
2 tbsp Mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
2 tsp Ginger Powder or 3 tsp. fresh Ginger
1 tbsp Wasabi Paste or powder
Salt & Pepper
Mix well. This dip can be used as a dip for pork, beef, or chicken as well as vegetables and keeps for 3-5 days in the refrigerator. For a spicier mix, add cayenne pepper.
