This quick and easy salsa is a great add on for any mexican dish or on it’s own!
5 ripe Roma tomatoes
½ green pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1/3 cup cilantro, roughly chopped
Salt & Pepper
1 jalapeño, finely chopped
Chipotle oil (optional)
- Dice the tomatoes into small pieces and add to a bowl.
- Dice the green pepper into similar sized pieces and add to bowl.
- Add in remaining ingredients and a few drops of the chipotle oil if wanted.
- Stir and let sit for 1+ hours.
