This recipe is a great base for so much more. A lot of my recipes utilize this or a variation of this. You can easily scale it up and create bigger quantities.
8 tbsp. Paprika (for a smoky flavour substitute 2 tbsp. for smoked paprika)
3 tbsp. cayenne pepper
6 tbsp. ground black pepper
3 tbsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. onion powder
6 tbsp. sea salt (or regular table salt)
2 tbsp. ground cumin
4 tbsp. oregano
4 tbsp. thyme
Combine ingredients in a mason jar with a lid. Toss thoroughly. Can be stored for up to 3 months.
